At The Tool House, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Return

  • You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Clearance sale or promotional items (unless defective).


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via bank transfer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange a product (size, model, or defect replacement), we will arrange it if stock is available.

  • Customer may bear shipping charges for exchanges unless the product was defective or incorrect.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures/videos as proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
